Life at the Fairleigh Dickinson University
There are many things to do within the vibrant city of Toronto. Here are three great excursions to do as an international student:
1. Stanley Park
Stanley Park is 400 hectares big. They say even if you went every weekend for a year, you still wouldn’t see all of it. A great thing to do in summer is to try and catch a performance of Theatre Under the Stars. It’s a great way to enjoy nature in the middle of a city.
2. The Aquarium
This is a great place for any sea animal lover. It’s located in Stanley Park and is one of the most famous public aquariums in the world. You’ll find dolphins, whales and sharks during your day trip. After a day at the Aquarium, you can walk down to the seawall afterwards.
3. Kits Beach
This is where you can let your hair down and relax! You can do all sorts of activities such as tennis, swimming, beach volleyball and enjoy a lovely picnic. If you happen to go during a high tide you’ll be able to swim in one of the best swimming spots with incredibly warm ocean water.
