Provide a clear, certified black-and-white copy of your valid travel document or passport.

Please provide a recent colour photo (taken in the last 6 months) of yourself with the dimensions: 35mm x 45mm.

Submit a copy of your skills and work experience in a document no longer than two pages. Include contactable references. See how to write a Canadian CV here.
Education Certificates *
Attach copies of any and all documents pertaining to your level of education including high school diploma, academic transcripts,degrees you have completed and any other form educational certification you have obtained that you think will help to build your case.
Recent Utility Bill
Please provide a copy of an electricity, water or other bill that proves you have an active bank account. Must not be older than 3 months.
